Ordering Guide

To help me provide an accurate quote, please include the following details when enquiring about a cake:

  • Size of cake (number of servings)
  • Flavour
  • Style / design / colour scheme
  • Topper details (if required)
  • Date for collection or delivery
  • Any other details you think I should know

You're welcome to send over inspiration photos to give an idea of the style you like. Please note: I do not replicate other cake makers' work exactly, but I can use your photos as a reference to create something unique in my own style.

Payments & Policies

Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

This must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your quote.

No deposit = No booking.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of collection or delivery.

Late Payment

If the deposit is not paid within 7 days of quoting, the order will be cancelled.

Cancellation

Orders cancelled less than 5 days before the collection/delivery date will forfeit the deposit.

Cake Transportation Guide

  1. Always carry the cake box flat and support it from underneath.
  2. In the car, place the box on the floor-not on a seat or lap.
  3. Turn the air conditioning on and avoid direct sunlight.
  4. Drive carefully, especially over speed bumps.
  5. Refrigerate the cake immediately after collection if advised.

Design Disclaimer

Once your cake has left our possession, we cannot take responsibility for any damage or melting caused by temperature or handling.

Allergies & Special Dietary Needs

We can offer cakes that are gluten-free, egg-free, alcohol-free, or made without nuts. However, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Non-edible Decorations

Some cakes may contain non-edible elements like support dowels, ribbons, and wires in sugar flowers.

Storage & Shelf Life

Cakes are best consumed within 48 hours. Freeze leftover portions within 2 days, tightly wrapped and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Sugarpaste/fondant cakes should not be refrigerated.

Complaints & Refunds

If you're unhappy with your cake, notify us upon collection or delivery.

Refunds are considered only if the uneaten cake is returned and deemed unfit or not as described.

No refunds for change of mind.

Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
